1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with our services that we are unable to resolve.
• Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or overcharged for a service.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date at support@formwale.in. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service after the 7-day refund period.
• Services that have been fully delivered or used.

3. Refund Process

Upon approval of a refund request:

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
